Kim Kardashian is parting ways with two California homes she purchased during her marriage to Kanye West.

The reality star and entrepreneur bought the first home back in 2017 for $1.6 million — a three-bedroom, four-bathroom flat in Calabasas. She re-listed the home on Sept. 6 for $3.5 million.

Two days later, on Sept. 8, Kardashian listed her four-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills estate for $5.3 million. The Skims founder purchased it in 2019 for $2.97 million.

If Kardashian, 41, can secure anywhere near the asking price of both residences, she will walk away with one hefty profit.

“She just doesn’t use either property, so it made sense to sell them,” an insider told The Post.

When Kardashian purchased the 2,260-square-foot Calabasas unit in 2017, it had been constructed just the year before.

Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, a renowned German architect, the space resembles that of Kardashian’s main residence that West helped design.

Described as a “minimal monastery style flat,” the home features European oak flooring and custom plaster walls with soft neutral tones, the listing notes.

The chef’s kitchen comes with high-end appliances that include a Gaggenau oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher.

Meanwhile the primary bedroom features a luxury bathroom with a Jee-O soho bath tub, Toto toilets, MGS faucets and fixtures, and custom designer vanities, the listing says. Each bathroom is remodeled with waterproof plaster.

The home first glided on the market in October 2019. Three months later, on Feb. 14, 2020, the listing was removed. It later made its way back on the market last week.

Tomer Fridman with Compass holds the listing.

Built in 1957, this one-story ranch property spans 3,875 square feet and is situated in the guard-gated Hidden Hills community overlooking Ahmanson Ranch State Park.

Situated on 1.5 acres, the open floor plan features a center island kitchen with granite counters, a family room with a vaulted ceiling and a two-sided fireplace.

Outdoor features include a spa and pool with a water feature, a covered patio with a built-in barbecue and a four-car garage.

There is also a lower pad that comes with a four-stall barn, tack and feed rooms, and a corral area for horses.

But to view interiors of the home, you will likely have to set an appointment with the agent. The listing does not show inside the home.
