Applications:
Lower Limb CPM is special for CONTINUOUS PASSIVE MOTION(CPM) of the lower limb. It is proved to be effective to increase the motion of range, ease muscle stiffness, reduce adhesion.
Technique in which a joint, usually the knee, is moved constantly through a variable range of motion to prevent stiffness and to increase the range of motion; most often accomplished using a motorized device specifically designed also relieve pain after surgery or injury to major joints of upper and lower extremities.

Operation Method and Cautions of Machine Movement
1. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power, the machine will automatically return to the initial state. You can set the parameters when showing "SETUP"  in the lower right corner.
2. To set extension angle, flexion angle, speed and timing according to the actual situation of the patient.  Press the corresponding button, the screen will display the corresponding parameters ("EXT", "FLEX", "S", "T"). You  can also press "↑" or "↓" key to adjust the parameters while the character "." flashing. 
3. Make sure that each parameter displayed on the screen is correct, and then press the "ON/OFF" key to operate the machine. And it will display the word "RUN" and each operating parameter. After several correct operations, stop the machine and fix the arms and hands on the machine. Or press the "ON/OFF" key to stop the machine and set each parameter again.
4. After completing these steps, you can start to treat patients. It is better to set a low speed and a small angle for operation at the beginning. As the patient's endurance increases, you can increase the speed and range of motion.
5. The main function of the manual controller is protection, including the interrupt key and the expansion key. When the machine is abnormal, pressing any key can play a protective role.

Transport, Storage and Maintenance
1. Power supply is 220Vac, 50HZ.
2. The electrical outlet of machine must have a reliable ground wire.
3. Please disconnect the plug from the power socket if not using this machine. Please hand the part of the power plug, do not pull the power cord itself while extracting.
4. Do not use the gasoline and volatile solvents such as benzene to clean the machine surface. You can use the general household neutral detergent to gently wipe with a soft cloth.
5. Please make sure the safety package with more than 4 mm thick foam cushion if needing long-distance transport.
6. Please make sure the cabinet is cleaning.  so household neutral detergent can be used when cleaning and disinfection, use soft cloth to wipe the machine gently ,and try it at room temperature naturally.We kindly advise that the platting components should be waxed maintenance using neutral furniture wax once a month.
7. It should be stored and transported n less than 80% relative humidity, non-corrosive gases in the clean well-ventilated room with environment temperature range: -40ºC~70ºC, Relative Humidity Range: ≤80% Including condensate and air pressure range: 500hPa~1060hPa.

Troubleshooting
1. If the machine is not working, firstly, check the power supply and power switch indicator to see whether it is normal, and then check whether the screen display. If the machine doesn't connect the power supply, you could check whether the fuse in the fuse box that under the electrical outlet (IA, delay type) is good. If the fuse is intact and the power is still block-up, please contract us as soon as possible.
2. If the machine has power, but the screen does not display, there may be some problem in the connecting between internal wirings (basically multi-core cable connector). This is a small problem, but if you cannot sure to repair it, please contract us.
3. If the screen is showing, but the machine cannot work with no trouble on the control keys. Please check whether the data settings are incorrect. If the extension angle is fewer 10° than the flexion angle, or the running time displays zero and so on, it may be that the computer chip lock the machine. At this moment, you could operate the machine every 10 seconds, repeated three times. If you cannot repair it yourself, please contract us as soon as possible.
4. If the screen showing, but the control keys are abnormal, it could be the contact problem on the printing cable of the control keys foil switch. It's usually troubleshooting after opening the cabinet to re-patch.
5. Please pay attention to the clean of shell (using the dry type detergent and soft cloth wipe). Plating pieces of wax should be serviced once a month.
