How to use:
1. According to the different part, choose the right specification
2. Open the packaging and take out the splint, DIP in room temperature water at 2-3 seconds.
3. Take out then pile out the excess moisture or use the dry towel for sucking.
4. Use the splint to the fixed part which need to covering, then can be enwind with bandage.
5. According to the need of plasticing.
Storage:
1. Be careful and avoid breaking the package.
2. Please store Reliable Splint at room temperature.
3. The shelf life of Reliable Splint is 3 years from the day of production.
Warning:
1. The higher the water temperature is, the faster Reliable Splint(Poly) hardens.
2. The setting time becomes shorter as the water absorption time increases.
3. The thick side of non-woven fabric should be applied to the desired area of the patient.
Reliable splint consists of knitted fiberglass fabric and two layers non-woven fabric, and Reliable splint Poly is composed of knitted polyester fabric and two layers non-woven fabric.

Application Instructions
1.Apply 1-2layers stockinet over the affected part and additional padding can be used.
2.Wear surgical gloves.
3.Choose suited size of splint according to the different affected parts.
4.After opening the bag, immerse the splint in room temperature water(20-25ºC) for 5-6 seconds and squeeze
it 2-3 times. The warmer the water is, the shorter the solidifying time is.
5.After taking it out from the bag,wipe out the excessive water by using dry towel or squeezing it.
6.Cover the splint on the affected part and use ordinary bandages or elastic bandages to wrap the splint. Take
care to maintain proper tension and avoid wrapping the bandages too tightly.
7.Shape according to the actual requests.
8.The time of operation is generally controlled in 3-5 minutes. If it spends too long time to immerse in the water
or operate, it will influence the shaping effect. Patients can't move the affected part in the 10 minutes before
sufficient solidification.
9.Reliable splint and Reliable splint Poly may be removed by cutting the ordinary bandages or elastic bandages with scissors.
Precautions
Avoid punching and damaging the bag, as it will cause the splint to solidify prematurely in the bag. If the splint has solidified in the bag, it can't be used.
Open only one bag at one time and use it immediately, because room humidity can cause the splint to solidify.
It is not sterile product. It can not touch skin directly.Before using it, wraps the stockinet or cast padding on
the fixation part first.

proper temperature is 15~30ºC and humidity should be less than RH60%.
